carbs is like all I've eaten for the last month lmao it's bad

 

goldfish are the bomb. those and welch's fruit snacks were the only things i snacked on at work when i lost a bunch of weight.

 

I never got into any sorta snacks.

I guess maybe like chips and salsa are cool. Maybe some popcorn very occasionally during a movie, but I only go to the movies like 2x a year.

As far as like, sweets, crackers, doritos/potato chips...pass. Every time pass. I'd rather just wait 'til lunch and dinner and have a nice meal.

 

I feel the same way, but life and time throws that off. I find I genuinely dislike getting fast food/junk food now, at worst its necessary evils sometimes.

 

Nuts are my go-to snack

I generally don't snack during the day so I feel you, always rather save my calories for lunch and dinner

I've cut back on snacks, but I do like to have an apple or carrots and hummus before lunch. I typically don't eat breakfast so an late morning snack holds me over until lunch, nothing til dinner, and maybe something after (I try not to eat anything at all after 8PM)

stuff with melted cheese
guac
salsa
fruit
nuts
bread

Cheddar sour cream chips with French onion dip
Pretzel chips and roasted red pepper hummus
Quesadillas
Chocolate covered almonds

How is hummus somewhat healthy? It's soooo good
