Everything about this movie looks cool.

 

saw a sneak preview last night with my wife. she's always been a gaga hater but came out of this movie completely in love with her.. i've never seen her sob as uncontrollably at a movie as she did during the final parts of this.

all in all i thought it was pretty good.

This was fantastic—Gaga was revelatory and the sound design is spectacular

 

Always remember us this way is better than shallow.

Bradley Cooper probably gives the fifth best performance in the movie but I’ll still be fine with him winning best actor.

Gaga is a fucking revelation. Can she do literally everything?

 

Ally saying fuck men in the beginning was a major mood
Gaga and Cooper had such great chemistry
I loved how much agency Ally had, she wasn't gonna let Jackson fuck with her but in a supportive and loving way
I was thinking how Jackson is the type of concert I'd go to with my dad and obviously I would stan Ally, every song was good but none has quite clicked with me like The Shallow yet but I'm gonna spend some more time with the soundtrack
it was weird when they mentioned Willie considering his son contributed a lot of the songs
I love that coincidentally the two memes both get callbacks (The Shallow and hey)
