Maybe a silly question but what's the difference between song of the year and record of the year?

 

I think Song focuses on lyrics and composition. Record includes that and the overall production of a song.

Went to see this again in IMAX over the weekend and loved it just as much the second time around. They also had a short behind the scenes featurette after the movie. I love that kind of stuff so I enjoyed it, but I was literally the only person in the theater who stayed around for it, haha.

 

Does it play after all the credits? I'm gonna try to see this in IMAX this week since it looks like it's leaving my theater after that.

 

Yeah, it's after the credits of the IMAX showings. There's a little message that pops up before the film that says 'After the credits....' so either everyone else didn't notice that, or just didn't care.

 

Found this really bad. It was just a collection of cliches with no added value. Lots and lots of overacting, then some bad acting. Horrible editing.

Bradley Cooper was almost Stallone-level hard to understand.

 

Just saw this for a second time (in IMAX this time). Still absolutely loved it.

 

Fuck it, I think I'm gonna go see this alone tomorrow night. I want to see it in theaters

 

Soundtrack is too damn good.

Totally lived up to the hype. Not much new I can say about it but all of the performances, music, cinematography, etc is second-to-none. Fully support this getting every award it's nominated for.

Really want to see Gaga act in more things now too

Finally saw this a few nights ago and haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since. Absolutely loved it.

 

I’m starting a new awards show and “Did A Nice Job with the Directing” will be a highly coveted nomination.

Cooper seems like such a cool dude, I'm really rooting for him to win at least one Oscar for this but it's starting to look unlikely
