Hope I can find time this week to watch the first two.

 

so damn here for it. the fact that Scavengers Reign and this are out at basically the same time means an incredible comeback for weird tv.

 

Watched the first two; very intriguing start so far. Some great acting too.

 

Yeah I'll watch them later. Excited!

 

First episode was good. Rooting against the internet sleuth though because they’re the worst.

 

Frank Ocean - Moon River at end of episode 2, great needledrop.

 

Other wrestling fans in here: Harris Dickinson looks like Will Ospreay. I am crazy from thinking this? I couldn't unsee it watching this.

 

Absolutely enthralled by the first two episodes. I think this is going to be a special one for sure

 

Loved episode one, except for the invitation thing. There’s no way anyone who knows anything about tech and security is clicking a link like that.

 

I think the reason she went ahead with it, is that the invite text itself was apparently from the tech billionaire guy (or his assistant, can't remember), and even though her two friends said its probably a prank, they all knew her info was backed up anyways, so it wasn't that crazy to click the link anyways to see what would happen.

 

The invite seeming to be from Ronson should be even more of a red flag. I was glad they at least had the hesitation and debate in there, but even still, I'd never do that on my primary phone (and then accept the connect to bluetooth thing). It just felt like the one off note in an episode that I thought got a lot of the tech and tech culture stuff right.

 

Ok so I accidentally watched the 2nd episode first and was super confused. But intrigued. Then I found out my error and watched the real first episode followed by a rewatch of the 2nd. I really liked the episodes and am definitely interested in finding out the mystery. Of course I think Britt is gonna be an integral piece but there's so many different characters it'll be fun getting to know all of them.

Not at first, but after you mentioned it I can see it for sure.

Can definitely see this getting into some Black Mirror territory with the VR and robots.

 

Whoever did the actor lighting/camera shooting for the group's walk up the mountain needs to be fired

 

I like this so far

 

Overall, this is getting more and more intriguing - can't wait for the next episode

 

Question - that scene in the first episode, where they go to that basement, knock down the wood under the stairs, and found the bones, but then hear someone get home, and see them standing above in the doorway - was that imagined? Or really happen? I thought the dude had a gun/shot them, or something

 

I think he probably shot himself because he was caught.

 

That's also how I interpreted that scene.
