The first accusations towards Josh came around 2011. He didn't leave the band until 2021. I remember Jeremy in particular defending him on Twitter hardcore when the initial accusations came out. I think it's perfectly valid for people to feel some type of way about the whole band as a result.

 

There’s also the whole vehicular manslaughter thing so…

I have great memories attached to Homesick too but yea we’ll “stay mad” about a band that hasn’t been relevant in YEARS let alone one that is filled with pieces of shit. Also their last two records sucked

There was a fairly recent post about Mest (if you remember them) issuing an album on vinyl for the first time and I don't recall the thread calling out Tony Lovato for stabbing someone to death, people were excited for the release. Seems hypocritical on here.

 

One of these incidents happened 17 years ago, and it isn’t this one. There was plenty of discussion about it on AP when the incident took place.

It’s concerning you glossed over the credible sexual assault allegations though, a topic frequently (and rightfully) discussed on this website. I promise you don’t need to go out of your way to brainstorm whataboutisms in defense of a terrible human being you don’t know who doesn’t give a shit about you.

 

Gonna be a fun tour! Hopefully adtr puts out a new solid album newer stuff just ain’t it

Doesn’t Jeremy write everything with a songwriter and the band basically is a back up band now?

 

Their last decade has been pretty uneventful. Two albums in all that time is pretty wild.

To be fair they are just the sort of band who could replace any of the other members and I wouldn't realise
