The last season of kaminsky was fantastic, I’m upset it didn’t win anything

 

Real awkward to not keep showing Conan there

 

The confidence to do a bit that wasn’t preplanned at an award show…I will never have that

 

It’s a shame because Conan just wanted to clown on how lame the emmy’s are and prolly had no idea the guy was going into a speech about representation, so the situation is seeming in pretty bad taste

 

If you look at the people around him, it doesn’t seem like anyone really knew because they seemed to all be laughing their asses off

 

half an egot for olivia colman, damn

 

Josh O’Connor and Tobias Menzies winning for The Crown is so lame

 

A lot of people seem to think they gave it to menzies just because he never won before, which is just messed up

 

Fucking Hamilton

 

Hamilton is good but that should have gone to Chappelle or Burnham

 

I don't know how you can't give that one to Burnham

 

Hamilton winning is a big fart lol. Yes let’s award a years old Broadway play that was re-recorded for Disney+.

 

Had a feeling Burnham wasn’t gonna win because he wasn’t there but yeah it’s whack a years old play that’s already gotten it’s share of acclaim and awards won

 

I know the lines are blurred and random nowadays but Hamilton and Inside aren't tv shows by any definition

 

Legit thought I May Destroy You had a chance to win since they made this category last. But The Queen’s Gambit was good so I’ll accept it.

 

I feel like they are calling them TV specials which I guess makes sense but yeah I agree

If you look up emmys on twitter the most trending stories are mostly shitty grifters complaining about dumb stuff and being oblivious to anything about science.

It's been pretty wild to watch the Emmys become just as irrelevant and pointless as the Grammys over the last decade or so.
