Absolutely loved Special but this new track is just okay but kind of forgettable since it’s so one note IMO

Still pretty excited for the record though!

Unfortunately sounds like the heavy stuff on the new record is few and bar between

 

Great interview but I definitely felt a little bummed to read that the “yells are few and far between” as I was hoping for a healthy mix of the two vocal styles on Angels. Oh well.

Still looking forward to the album. I don’t need Kat yelling but I do hope the “clean” songs feel dynamic to me as the last single felt very one note which was kind of boring and forgettable ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

 

I love Kat’s vocals, clean or otherwise, but I was also hoping for a healthy mix. I just hope they keep up the energy. I gravitate far more towards faster, more energetic stuff when it comes to music, and Scowl have been great for that thus far. Excited for the record nonetheless

 

i was never a big fan of this band but the two songs they dropped for this record are on repeat for me right now. and even the minimal yelling has felt unnecessary for the tracks. i’d be so fine with more of this sound.
