Yes she usually does. She was there last year (when Jay made his speech calling out the Grammys), two years ago when Harry won over her, and in 2021 when she broke the record for most Grammy Awards ever. Also she was there when she lost to Adele for Lemonade and when she lost to Beck for self-titled.

 

I’ll also accept Charli and Chappell though it’s unlikely.
