I like him but I feel like he’s just a hired gun because he’ll do what he’s told. I don’t think there will be an ounce of his personality in this movie.
Pretty sure Koepp has had this script in his pocket since they were developing Jurassic Park 3. I know there were a couple ideas floating around before they eventually settled on what they settled on, and I can’t remember which one he specifically worked on, but this sounds very similar to a storyline they ended up not choosing for that movie, which would have focused on teenagers trapped on Isla Sorna.
Didn’t care for The Creator BUT I feel Gareth will cook extremely hard on this. I’m just begging for Universal to give me a new JP entry that has actual thriller vibes like the og.
Is there anyone out there who genuinely believes one of the sequels is better than the original film?
LW is a guilty pleasure for me, but like it's a major step down. and all that follows just gets worse and worse.
I’d rather watch JW3 than LW. I’d probably enjoy the first Jurassic World more than LW. I remember sitting by the radio and waiting for the showtimes for LW to be broadcast, so it is special. Nothing more than that, however.
i'm always pretty surprised to see all the hate for TLW here, i really enjoy that and the first JW a good amount. Havent watched JP3 in at least 10 years probably much more, and don't imagine i'll ever be interested in watching FK or Dominion again.
The Lost World is vastly superior to the other sequels. There are things to criticize but the dangling trailer and the tall grasses scenes are great.
