One of my most anticipated albums of the year (that i'm aware of existing)

 

This song specifically has some JEW vibes and I hope that carries throughout the album.

 

Chorus is trademark Cold Years, I dig it

 

My biggest wish for 2024 is for Cold Years to blow up

and actually play shows in the US lol

 

I like the song more on second listen. The vocals are growing on me.

2nd and 3rd spin clicked. Vocals sound slightly different, I think I just needed to acclimate. This band is a gem.

goddamn this song rules. They really remind me of a sweet mix of Green Day, Gaslight, and Menzingers...pumped for this album

 

Vinyl was an instant buy for me.

 

I sort of (SORT OF!!!) wish he pronounced “Roll With It” a little cleaner because I think that’s what you would need to get it on radio. The riff is there, but he kinda sounds like a wild man when that part of the chorus comes on. That’s part of why it rules, but it needs to be simple to get past the gatekeepers.

 

Maybe I’m deaf but where does he even say roll with it in this song? lol

 

I am assuming it’s at the beginning of each stanza of the chorus. But now I’m listening closely and it might just be “whoa yeah!”

 

Yeah I don’t think the title is anywhere in this song haha

 

It's funny I was listening for the song title and didn't hear it and thought to myself that it's been a while since that happened.
