I loved Piecing it Together so I'm excited for this. I really like the album art too.

Stoked, didn't return to the last 2 as much but still good records

Haven't been huge on their last two albums either, but always willing to hear their new stuff. Love that one song title is a Chrono Trigger reference and that they've kept up their Pokémon references as usual.

I enjoy these guys, but I find them inconsistent over a record, Hopefully this bucks that trend.

I want to like this band, but they have this habit of gratuitously (over)using various forms of the f-word and it just doesn't work for me.

I don't mind the word itself, it's totally fine, but something about the way it's incorporated into their lyrics/vocals is just off.

Pleasantly surprised by this. Their last two albums did absolutely nothing for me which was a huge letdown since their first two albums are insanely good.

This is their best album since Bear Your Mind. I really like it.

The lyrics on this are so earnest. It’s very wordy and I appreciate that. Joy Ephemeral is fantastic.

edit:tips for safe travels is very arms length!

This is the first album I’ve ever listened to by this band. Pretty good on first listen

Yeah this is their best since Bear Your Mind for sure. Didn't really love the last two records or return to them much but seems like a step back in the right direction

  16. Kind of crazy no one liked What's Past is Prologue here, easily their best album imo. Bear Your Mind has some good tunes as well and the others I've never liked that much. I haven't heard this yet but will soon

It's definitely got some good tracks but I don't know why the full album never clicked with me. I was super excited for it when Corners Dilemma dropped

  20. Really liking this album! Feels like they dialed back the intensity just enough to let the songs shine.

They are awesome, and on that note Just Friends is one of the most fun live bands.

You can skip Charmer imo but probably a hot take. Saw FT and Charmer sunday and I wasn't impressed with their set at all
