it'll be a fitting end to have all three jimmy albums lose to Weezer, the much better band, so let's get through this matchup.

Clarity is the Mellon collie of emo so I guess it’s fitting they both get trounced by a much worse album

Pumpkins all the way. Weezer have never written a single song I love as much as "1979" and "Tonight, Tonight"

Blue is great, and might even get more play for me than Mellon Collie, but I’m more impressed by Mellon Collie as an album. Went with the Pumpkins.

10 perfect power pop songs or a double album with a few great singles and a TON of filler. Easy choice.

Mellon Collie pretty easily for me. Pinkerton would have a shot, but I still think I go MC. Bodies? Muzzle? Tonight Tonight? 1979??? As much as I love the Weez, I think it's pretty clear. MCIS is a masterpiece, unrivaled by anything else the band has done or anything that their peers attempted. My love for it only grows as I get older. Mayonaise is their best song tho.

I went with Mellon Collie, but damn this was the toughest round for me.

TON of filler? This album has like a 95% batting range. The only possible "meh" songs are We Only Come Out At Night and Lily My One And Only. There are multiple b-sides alone that could have easily taken the place of album tracks.

Blue is top 2 or 3 ever for me, MCIS is top 15ish. I wouldn't blame anyone for voting the latter on it being a bigger swing. I also probably have 1979 as the best song between them. But I'm goin =w=
