this is the only one this round that's really close for me. I think Clarity has higher highs for me so I went with that but they're about even.

I like Blue a lot, but I have more of an emotional connection to Clarity and think it is the stronger album overall. Wouldn't be mad about either outcome here, though.

Neither of these are my favorite from their respective artists, but Clarity has 2-3 songs I am passionate about so it gets the vote.

I will say, this is the Jimmy album to beat, but this is an easy choice for me.

Clarity is one of my favorites of all time. I feel like people aren't giving Goodbye Sky Harbor enough credit here. Weezer is fun, but doesn't nearly reach those same emotional highs. It's Jimmy Eat World for me.

 

Weezer is inevitable.
