Wait, so they're treating the original cartoon like it was fictional in-universe? That's a really weird place to take it, but I guess it works?

I'm calling it now, Zipper's gonna turn out to be a criminal mastermind. I don't even know if he's the one who vanished, I just feel it in my bones.

 

Yeah the reviews are basically saying this is like a spiritual sequel to Roger Rabbit with actual funny clever jokes to go along with the IP mashups rather than ya know, Space Jam 2 where it's all IP and zero fun

 

Yea, the reviews definitely caught my attention. I was gonna watch it anyway, but now I’m actually hyped for it.

Would be great to see with a crowd laughing along but yea I can see this blowing up the internet with memes as everyone keeps pausing to catch every joke on disney+

 

This was funny AF. One of the wildest things Disney proper has released in years.

This was... Okay. Some really good bits. Ugly Sonic was the best part of the movie. Uncanny Valley was good. Rogen bit got me good

 

I read the plot summary of this cause I have no real desire to see it, but I was curious about what happens, and my mind is fuckin' blown that Gadget married Zipper, and they have kids! Wild stuff.

 

Yea, a mouse and fly constantly fucking and producing mutant kids is wild.

 

This is a kid friendly Lonely Island movie tbh the tone is idential to Popstar's

 

Didn't even put together that Tim Robinson was Ugly Sonic.

 

Didn't know Eric Bana was Monterey Jack

 

I had to rewind Kiki Lane's lines about how "Peppa Pig was lost at Nick Jr studios and the Paw Patrol ended up attacking the Chief... Doctors say he will never be able to have kids" I was in disbelief. Insanely funny

 

yeah, this was fun stuff. disappointing that it was never gonna be in theaters, cause it would easily be a huge hit with audiences. amazed they got away with as much as they did here

 

if we actually get this movie, it's cause disney really does have everything

 

lmao the descriptions of the jokes are hilarious so far, can't wait to see this
