General As always, we leave this pretty open on your choices. Try to keep it realistic based on needs, scouting, etc. though. Trades are absolutely welcome. Now, with players! For players, Spotrac is always great to gauge realism of the trade based on cap, salaries, etc. In general the best way of posting your pick is the following: The [TEAM NAME] select: Prospect Name - Position - School *Attach a photo of the player if you can. We also encourage a little scouting/reasoning for the pick as well. **Please tag the owner of the next team to let them know they're up and keep the draft moving. ***If you know you'll be gone for a bit during the day, reach out to a user who will be around and give them your top 2-3 players for the pick. This just helps in keeping this moving. Draft order is posted. I'm gonna make my pick but let's wait for Joe to say he's in or out before you pick @whitenblue88
With the first overall pick, the Jacksonville Jaguars select Travon Walker, EDGE, Georgia Part of this is because we've taken Hutch, Neal, and Ikem. Travon is the last one under consideration so lol. Walker is arguably the best athlete in the draft. His upside is a regular All-Pro game-wrecker. It's hard to draw an accurate comparison for him because of his role at Georgia and what he excels at is usually something most prospects need work at. He's an elite run stopper but was very rarely tasked with being a pass rusher. He's the riskiest pick the Jags can make at #1 but he also has the highest upside of anyone on their board. Would I do this? No. Would I be mad about it? Also no.
Lions select Aidan Hutchinson, DE Michigan I feel dirty drafting a UM player but here we are. If he’s there, the lions probably take him. Hometown guy, hard worker, Campbell will love him. I don’t know if his ceiling is as high as Thibs, but he’ll step in immediately and contribute on the line.
I really think the Giants should take Malik Willis. They are the best staff to maximize his talent. I don't think they go that direction though. Ikem gives them two great bookends on their OL for whoever is under center. The New York Giants select Ikem Ekwonu, OT, NC State
Carolina Panthers select Charles Cross, OT, Mississippi State Panthers need a LT. No more avoiding it. Just do it.
