What the fuck why does this site love Lionel Hutz so much

 

Because he's a great character? Why is this a mystery?

 

I guess for me it's because of his brevity. Moe has so many more moments

 

I mean, he was around up through Season 9. So the entire run of the show, really.

There’s a gag I love where there’s a huge brawl at a baseball game and Moe ends up paired with Drederick Tatum.

 

Hutz should have been gone long ago.

the simpsons has all funny characters. being a funny character on the simpsons isn't much of an accomplishment.

 

I'd say it gets harder as time goes on. That's why Hutz is so great. He'll remain forever pure.

Didn’t know this was going on but I’m fully on team Hutz, he’s a perfect character. No one in comedy history has a higher hit rate on jokes. He’s only drinking in the morning because he hasn’t slept in days!
