    I think Flanders edges it, but man, some of Skinner's 'Nam flashbacks or him losing his cool are amazing.

    No fucking way. This one might take the cake. Flanders is great but Skinner is the funniest character on the show im sorry. Flanders is iconic but I can give you hundreds of amazing skinner one liners
