The show everyone was talking about ten years ago and the show everyone is talking about today. Who deserves it more?

Succession shouldn’t have beat GOT, and it shouldn’t beat BB either. we’re still only 3 seasons in and I Like it though

Yeah this is where i’m at. I like succession but i don’t think it should be this far already.

This one is fucking hard. My initial gut reaction was Succession, but BB is so god damn good.

    Gotta think on it.

I enjoy/ed the shit out of both but also I think they’re both a bit overrated. Going BB but don’t see myself voting for it again.

Literally watching an episode of Succession right now, 2nd season, so i have a ways to go but BB was so fucking gripping and exciting at it’s high points.

I don’t think it was inconsistent at all but there was table setting for those peaks quite often. Peak BB episodes are some of the best TV episodes i’ve ever watched.

    So ya BB

Breaking Bad is great for a season and a half. I doubt I could sit through the pilot ever again.

I really doubt it. It is hard to watch people shoot fish in a barrel for that long.

If The Leftovers really does beat Mad Men then I have to keep voting for Breaking Bad all the way into the final four. This is my curse.

It’s not like it matters. The only challenging decision from here is whether it’s the Simpsons or Seinfeld which loses to the Sopranos in the final.

If this were an opening theme song bracket Succession might take the whole thing

I'm not voting as I haven't watched Succession, but I don't understand how anything could be more consistent than Breaking Bad. Season to season, episode to episode, perfection.

as someone who didn’t watch BB until the pandemic, I definitely noticed some things that a veteran Walking Dead watcher recognizes from AMC—random, often slow moving, bottle episodes that cut down on costs by cutting down on cast or settings. The fly is a good example of this iirc. I liked the episode but definitely slow.
