Hereditary was horror so well done that I never want to watch it again. That being said, it's Parasite by a mile for me.

Both are extremely strong works from two of the best directors we have today, but Parasite is the stronger film. No praise towards Parasite is a knock on Hereditary, which has its own strengths, but the control Bong Joon-ho has on the gas pedal in Parasite is a marvel.
Idk what it was about Hereditary, but it’s one of the few films in which I thought of leaving midway. I think I just didn’t like the seat I was, but I couldn’t focus on the film and was just really irritated midway through.
