Parasite with spectacular ease

 

Hereditary was horror so well done that I never want to watch it again. That being said, it's Parasite by a mile for me.

i can’t remember the last time i took a nap. might have been back in law school. at least five years.

Hereditary.

 

Both are extremely strong works from two of the best directors we have today, but Parasite is the stronger film. No praise towards Parasite is a knock on Hereditary, which has its own strengths, but the control Bong Joon-ho has on the gas pedal in Parasite is a marvel.

Idk what it was about Hereditary, but it’s one of the few films in which I thought of leaving midway.

I think I just didn’t like the seat I was, but I couldn’t focus on the film and was just really irritated midway through.

 

Probably because it’s not very good
