i like Portal 2 and Ocarina but have no real affinity for either

Mario 64 defined 3D movement and for a first ever attempt it has no business whatsoever holding up so well

i don't like Dark Souls and i like Pokemon

God of War will lose here and that's okay. both GoW and BotW are in my top 5 ever probably. but i think a lot of stuff that people love in BotW is only a big deal because it's new stuff to a Zelda game. the verticality of it and how immediately reachable the entire world is is truly innovative but a lot of the other stuff it does well has been done better elsewhere. still one of the best ever made.

i didn't play Ocarina until later when better Zelda games existed haha

 

I still don't think there's a better Zelda game, and Portal 2 is one of the most unique and fun games ever made! I'd be happy with either of those winning the whole bracket.

 

i like both games and think they're good, they're just not favorites

 

at least we're on the same page for God of War! lol
