they're fine, and I'll eat them if they're there but I would much prefer regular potato fries

 

a world where I can't eat a sweet potato hash filled with jalapenos and covered in eggs is a world i don't want to live in

never had them, but I think they would be pretty good

I also love sweet potatoes in basically every form except fries. The only way I’ve enjoyed them is as an actual dessert where they lean into the sweet notes, but when I have a burger or other savory bar food I NEED my regular fries.

The last few weeks I’ve been having a fair amount of them, usually just baked with some barrel aged maple syrup thrown on near the end. So good.
