only thing in a while where he acknowledged the film. i guess he'll announce more once he's good and ready but i don't get why keeping this as under wraps when it's supposedly a week away is a good idea at all. and i know he's not oblivious to other on twitter asking about run either

Yeah I didn’t realize it was supposed to be so soon, that is a bit sus, they really pushed Searching. Hopefully everything is alright between the filmmakers and the studio

 

Lionsgate Thriller 'Run' Release Date Pushed Back 4 Months

 

Surprised it took until a week before the set release date for an official announcement.

 

i guess may is more promising than january? hope lionsgate knows what they're doing

Poster is cool and retro. Also, the characters are referred to as "mother" and "daughter" on there. I wonder if they'll remain unnamed in the movie like in Mother.
