Voted wing cuz I have to stay on brand but know this is not meant to disrespect any chicken and I love me some chicken no matter what piece

 

If we were talking about "buffalo wings" that would be my clear choice. But straight up pieces off the bird, I'd go breast.

I know some people will say that white meat is too dry and therefore thigh is the correct answer, but any self respecting chicken place that knows how to prepare chicken, will soak the chicken in brine and the breast shouldn't be dry.
