Wild underplay. Gonna be a bloodbath for tickets.

    That's a great 1975 song.

Yeah...no. The only thing making them even slightly distinguishable was the pop punk shtick.

I like it. I'll agree that this is pretty indistinguishable from most radio pop, though. If you told me this was a song leftover from Red Pill Blues by Maroon 5 I'd believe you.

I'm a little surprised they pulled such a 180 from pop-rock/pop-punk when their last album still sold pretty well, despite not even having a hit single.

This was a terrible HAIM cover.

  10. That was the most expected move ever for them and pretty disappointing. I mean, it's not bad but it's not innovative in any way.

I’m unsure what people expected from this band

I expected good pop punk, and that's what I got. Best pop punk record of 2018.

Intentional underplay tour. They will play sheds and arenas on the real tour

Wait what? Are we listening to the same song?

This is good! I'm a sucker for pop music and their pop punk stuff was not good. Amnesia is a solid song though

I got TSwift vibes from this, especially in the chorus. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

weird to underplay so much. but seems like they are trying further distance themselves from their "humble beginnings:"

It's a catchy song, I can respect it. But let's call it what it is - that is, definitely not pop punk ahaha

Was this band put together similar to One Direction or were they an actual band that was discovered?

I'm pretty sure they started by making Youtube covers and from there gained a large fanbase.
