I've been sitting on plans for a Mexico vacation and unfortunately it doesn't include any smoke. Maybe I'm being a jackass but I probably wouldn't feel comfortable buying it there. Feel free to set me straight if anyone knows differently.

 

I don't know about Mexico, but I will say that smoking on vacation is a highlight for me. When I went to visit my dad in Vanuatu, me, him, and my brother in law all would drink kava and smoke a joint as our night cap. Was a great 2 weeks of bonding for us and just taking it easy.

 

I've been to border town Mexico twice and Cancun/Cozumel. It's ridiculously easy to find over there. Out of the 4 times I bought weed there only one was kind of sketchy. Trying to buy a fake pair of Ray Bans was a much more uncomfortable situation.

 

The guy I got some from in Mexico actually sold fake ray bans to us and put the bud in the bag, haha. Hid it from his mom who was the owner.

Terrible quality stuff, but I got it on the cruise ship like a drunken asshole.

Anybody else use a Pax? I just upgraded from the second to the third and am loving the concentrate insert.

 

My cousin's friend turned out to be shitty and I wasn't able to get anything, which is a huge bummer. I'll be here for another week, but I'll be around family most of the time so it's probably not a good idea for me to have any on me or smoke for the rest of the time here

 

I use my Pax 2 all the time. Really love the high I get from it. Upgrading is super tempting but I'm strapped for cash at the moment.

 

Sold my old one for $150 so that helped haha. The upgrades are nice but not really necessary.

 

Stoned thoughts of the day: I miss So Weird & the era of Disney TV movies that birthed shit like Johnny Tsunami, Halloweentown, and Brink!

 

I broke my bf's bubbler the other day and I'm really bummed bc it was great. Now we only have bongs. Nothing wrong with bongs but I need to replace the bubbler asap

 

Halloweentown is sick as hell, though that one they did where she was in magic college or whatever absolutely sucked

 

I definitely loved those old Disney movies. Phantom of the Megaplex! Also Motocrossed and the Luck of the Irish.

 

What was the name of that Disney movie where that kid turned into a merman when he was 13? Puberty metaphors were intense then

 

went to get bud last night with my girl from this dude we been getting from a lot lately and its been one of her dealers for a minute. we went to meet him in his complex and he gave us the wrong address and showed up a lil later and said "damn my bad yall, I be smoking too much im high, I meant 3305 not 3205" and we laughed thinking nothing of it really. came home, smoked one bowl together and it KO'd us both for the night. makes sense our dealer didn't even know where he lived at lmao.

 

also, stoner moment of the day: me and my girl went to Petco cus she really wants to look at getting a dog or something, but this time in particular we were looking at fishes... so I pointed out one in the corner saying "look at my guy chilling over there in the corner" and she looks for a second then looks back at me and goes "...hes upside down josh.. hes dead.." which my high ass didn't even notice... she continued getting on me saying "of course the dead one would be your guy" to which I replied "kindred spirits."

RIP Petco fish no one noticed was dead by that lil vent in the upper left hand corner.

Been watching a lot of Cronenberg lately. Really good stuff to watch baked out of your mind.

 

Update: I was super hungover yesterday but we still went to the same bar from the night prior cause they offered us free hookah and it's our last weekend in Dominican Republic before my cousin leaves tomorrow and I leave Friday. Our waitress was in a very different mood last night though, which she later said was because she always smokes before work but she wasnt able to last night. Before we left, we asked if we could cop from her guy. Long story short, we ended up smoking two blunts with her, and my hangover immediately went away. Weed here does suck pretty bad. It was still sticky but it was brown and seedy. Either way, after going several weeks without smoking, anything was great. And it was just a cool night overall

 

His movies are great.

 

Yeah, I'd only seen a couple of his more recent ones (History of Violence, Eastern Promises) but had some how managed to miss out on his older more iconic stuff. Watched The Fly, Videodrome and Naked Lunch over the last week. Gonna try to watch the entire filmography over time.

 

Having probably the second hangover I've ever had so I smoked to help with the nausea. It's been like a minute and I still feel like shit lol has anyone successfully smoked away a hangover?

 

I always here great success stories about smoking away a hangover, but it's never worked for me.

 

It works almost every single time for me. It's a hangover cure.
