You may be allowed to go between legal states if it's in its original packaging in a trunk (I think state laws vary), but if they cross into any non-legalized state, they're at risk for getting a felony
Yeah, I get that part. Just like buying with an out of state id/non resident limit stuff. I told her to look all this up beforehand, but I know she won't. Idk if it's true, but the internet once told me you can even take it on a plane between legal states, like you can with alcohol.
Ohh yeah both Maine and MA will let you, I know a few out of staters who have gone to both. Colorado accepted my out of state license, too
