Something weird that I've noticed if I don't smoke for a few hours, I'll get a bit of a post-nasal drip. Been smoking less this week and it's bothering me, and stops once I vape for the first time that day. Taking allergy meds help a bit, but it's persistent. I feel like that should be a sign I need to take a little break, or maybe it's just bad seasonal allergies and weed somehow helps with that? I've been isolating at my fiancee's family beach house and could also be the salty air. Not sure.

 

Smoking actually gives me allergy symptoms heh. Idk why. I almost always end up sneezing, runny nose, post nasal drip, and super itchy eyes.

 

That happens to me sometimes too, but not this week. Really weird.

I’m going to take a t break, also for my lungs. I’ve felt a little short of breath recently probably from not working for 45 days and doing nothing but chain smoke bowls. But being short of breath in the time of COVID hasn’t been great for my anxiety.
