When I bake with SunButter, theres some sciencey things that happen with the sunflower seeds & baking soda/powder and the food turns a little green. Totally harmless but really cool. And most people are put off by it so more for me.

 

oh i missed this. yeah it was a horrible. the first cough was the saturday before thanksgiving so cooking all week was a bitch and then when the second one happened the sat after it was just like killmenow. so now i always make sure to lean forward when i have to cough. and uh, that sounds pretty bad too

 

Luckily I didn’t have a hernia but for a minute I was worried. That sounds absolutely miserable, one of my good friends broke some ribs when we were playing flag football in college and it seemed awful. I’m stoned (and drunk) and rambling so I don’t know to wrap this up but happy Friday to all!

 

My weed slippers arrived today. In true fashion, I ordered one pair in the wrong size.

Do any of you get allergic reactions to some strains? I’m normally fine but sometimes I immediately start sneezing and sometimes get hives. I do have pretty bad seasonal allergies but this is definitely a reaction to the weed.

of fucking course i am haha! i cannot touch weed. i can smoke it fine, but touching it bare hands and then touching any other skin...bam 1-? hives. if i break up, i have to wash my hands right away or i wear gloves (usually this). i even make people wash their hands after breaking up because it'll still happen if we're both touching the blunt.
and if it gets in my eye, forget it. out of commission for a day or 2

i'm sorry, but i'm so glad this happens to someone else. everyone i know thinks i'm so weird about this and they laugh at me when i bust out the gloves. you might get some weird looks when socializing happens again

 

I’m so stoned I thought I was losing vision in part of my left eye. It was just my hair hanging over my glasses hahaha. Oh yeah I forgot to mention I had a cookie.

 

you ever fall asleep at 9pm because you been smoking weed nonstop all sunday and then wake up at 5:30 am

 

have you noticed for sure that it's specific strains (like EVERY time you get Blue Dream you have reaction, but you've never had a reaction with Sour D even though you've had it multiple times?)

The reason I ask is, because I wonder if it's not necessarily the weed itself, and maybe some kind of pesticide or fertilizer or something that was used to grow it.

Not sure if it’s been specific strains as I haven’t really kept track of that. It happens every now and then and I’ve had it happen both from dispensary weed and stuff I get from a friend. It’s pretty much identical to my reaction to pollen but you might be on to something, I’ll have to start keeping track.

 

No gas stations? 7-11?

 

I haven’t actually checked! I’ve been so nervous about seeing random people who I don’t know where they’ve been. I do have a Pride (an equivalent 7-11 in the northeast) within a 1/4 mile so when I have to get gas next I will have to check. I’m getting desperate haha because bongs are awesome and all but you don’t get that “airy/lightheaded” feeling

yeah I've been getting blunts at gas stations. just try to go at a down time of day, wear a mask, be quick and sanitize your hands after... you'll be fine. I get nervous going out too, but it can be done safely.

I will say that they've been sold out a few times (not completely but of certain brands/flavors), which I normally never encounter. Maybe everyone else is just doing like me and buying 10 at a time so they don't have to keep going back for more.

i bought out the wine cigarillos months ago and my shop never got more. and i ask allllll the time

Are you like me??? 2 years ago I would basically only smoke blunts. Now smoking blunts is depressing (hahah from the amount of bud you use. Not how they feel)
