Apparently Phil Nevin is a regular at my bar. He was in tonight and realize he comes jn often. Im trying to figure out a polite way to ask him how he hit 30hrs+ in 2000 and 2001 and never came close really ever again.
Truthfully couldn’t tell you a whole lot about the kid specifically but Tech went from one of the worst staffs in the country last year to one of the better ones this year. Glancing over his baseball reference page he doesn’t really seem to have been a contributor to that…but he’s only given up 2 HR in his career and he killed it in summer ball last year lol
