high spin usually makes fastballs more deceptive because it won’t drop quite as much as a low spin rate fastball usually gets guys swinging under it a lot

Apparently, according to MLB, if you throw your helmet at someone and then go post on IG right after it’s the same as saying a racist comment multiple times and instigating a fight. EDIT: Bryce Harper got 3 games for throwing his helmet in 2017. So either posting on social media made it an extra 4 games or inflation is affecting suspensions too.
