They've had guys pitch the first for him throughout the season, but also to some extent you do have to try and let him work through this issue. He's one of the only few young potential guys they have so you hope it's just a phase he can come out of.
a few times he came into a 0-0 game in the 2nd... Other times , we were getting smoked by the 2nd inning when he arrived. SOmetimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.
oh man that sucks do hitters get TOS frequently? I feel like we only ever hear about pitchers and how serious it is as a possible career ender
Idk if I heard of a hitter, Harvey and Wheeler are the only two I remember. But Wheeler had surgery late last year and is back so (if this did have to do with TOS) be bad for this year but hopefully that's it
I’m pretty sure I have thoracic outlet syndrome, which they’re checking on with Judge, and it sucks ass. That area right below the collar bone gets sharp pain through the nerves with certain arms/shoulders/chest movements and I can’t imagine playing baseball with that sharp pain or with the numbness/tingling along the arms and hands. I did do a stretch once that “popped” the area where the nerves are pinched and I just about orgasmed from the immediate beautiful pain relief. But it went back to painful normal after a few days.
