for someone who knows more than me: is there any reason why 1/2 of the top 10 are shortstops? is there just more positional value there?
shortstops in a draft will almost always be among the most athletic players and teams will either develop them at that position or find a spot anywhere else in the field for them to excel in the rays drafted theo gillen two years ago as a shortstop and now he’s a very good center fielder in the minors
royals have a SS they drafted i think relatively highly recently too and i was like why, bobby's gonna be here 10 more years but that makes sense
Forgot the game was at 4 and slept through it but just saw Ronald’s slam. Hopefully that wakes him up
Will never stop being funny to me that he was either hurt or mediocre for FIVE straight years, and then turns into a demon again as soon as he’s traded
