Austin lives in Richardson (funny phrase kinda), Ryan lives in far east Dallas as does my friend Jesse who some of y'all may know of, have a decent amount of friends in the Denton area, just trying to be far from Arlington when I can haha

My kids like all them and will have lots of fun things to do in those areas too
