Boxing used to be really really cool and they’ve done everything they possibly could to kill it. Even the MLB is like “guys come on keep a fan or two” lol

 

I remember being in a packed Buffalo Wild Wings when Chris Weidman knocked out Anderson Silva, that ruled

 

if boxing was more streamlined i would be more into it because it's genuinely very entertaining but all the different belts and trying to figure out which ones are "real" or not is too much work

I got into UFC a bit when Rousey and McGregor were at their peak but now I just can’t care about them

 

i dont really like combat sports especially ufc because it feels gladiatorish and unethical to me as the consumer. but i dont think its necessarily a bad thing if guys can get checked for being dirty in contact sports. i was obviously joking about the hockey comment but i think there is at least a little merit to the self policing argument around the fighting thing

 

guy that i played football with in HS (corey anderson) won the first season of UFC's reality show or whatever to get a belt contest so i watched for a bit then but it interested me much less than boxing

 

Football, basketball, and baseball are pretty much the only sports I watch or follow.

Do not care for soccer or hockey.

 

Boxing is an extremely frustrating sport to be a fan of. I dont care about belts I just want to see to see the best fighters fight each other but it happens like twice a year if youre lucky

UFC is much easier to follow, they have a monopoly on all the best fighters but abuse that fact in different annoying ways.

 

I follow the big four but if I had to order them it would’ve NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB

and then the rest of stuff I’ll fade in and out of depending on if anything interesting is happening

 

Really only watch the NFL these days

but in reality college football and basketball would be between nfl and mlb don't care about the dorks who hate college

Uh hi, anyone remember me? I managed to not be around for the entire time the Bills were Super Bowl contenders, which is probably fitting given all I ever did was bitch about them and argue if it was more painful to be a Bills fan or a Browns fan (it is now, hands down, Browns)
