a team in the Panthers position should not be trading 1st round picks IMO

 

So Travis Hunter tot he Pats is seemingly locked in these days lol

 

In fairness, for two years I did hear "He's not Joe Alt, he's probably a guard" lol

 

for a player like abdul carter i disagree

the team isn’t good but the holes are relatively minor. edge, receiver and corner. there isn’t first round talent and i’m not crazy about the upcoming class for either of the latter two positions. go get a potential all-pro guy and have a crazy pass rush immediately. no brainer

that being said i like jalon walker and mykell williams a lot and would be fine with either of those

 

I’d love to get Carter but that’s a tough ask. We literally just traded away a first that ended up being first overall lol even if Carter is worth it, I don’t approve.

 

we traded that first and a great receiver for a sub 6 foot tall QB gamble. i think the circumstances are a little different here

 

also i’d rather have bryce than caleb now, even if it took a year and a half to get here, so i don’t necessarily regret the pick so much as dj moore

 

I would argue the Panthers won that trade. Bryce > Caleb you read it here first people.

Where did these Panthers rumors come from btw? Because our fans are crazy lol they cooked up a rumor that we were trading for Tee Higgins and talked as if it was for sure a thing despite it never being a thing.

highly recommend trading up for a franchise pass rusher myself
