I like the obvious and not so obvious sentence. I do want all met fans to realize how simple of a reason we missed the playoffs.

On the last weekend of the season we had no idea who should pitch any of the games lol. If we made the playoffs who was gonna start???

And the numbers do suggest we were clutch.... never having a comeback in the 9th is the other reason.

 

I currently cannot hit a splitter to save my life on the show

 

Baldelli wasn't the best but he probably also didn't deserve to be fired after the owners purged half the team

 

Go Mariners in the playoffs and Tigers too

As far as predictions?

Brewers > Phillies
Yankees > Tigers

Yankees > Brewers.

Ok so real talk, not super confident heading into this series. I think Game 1 is a must win for the Sox especially with Giolito out for the series and the Sox without Anthony and probably having to start Eaton and Sogard in the first 2 games. Key for the Sox is to get to that Yankee bullpen early. It’s a short series so anything can happen but gun to my head I think the Yankees take this one.

I also think we are going to see a Phillies/Mariners WS.
