I mean truthfully that Devers contract was a way to save face after the Mookie and Xander departures, but I probably would not have traded the best hitter on the team as soon as they have a winning streak

 

My wife is a Red Sox fan so I watch and follow them closely

 

what are her thoughts

 

She’s kinda on the same line of thinking as me but more strongly. She thinks the return is bad but also thinks moving on from Devers is fine and the team will be okay and that also moving on from the team after Devers but not after Mookie is silly and stupid.

I am more doomer about the return than she is but she still doesn’t like it

 

all my giants fans friends are like we don’t even care if we lose this game to the dodgers cause they got Devers so that’s pretty nice

 

saw the raffi trade coming from a mile away. he’s been whining ever since bregman got put on third. we don’t need that kind of attitude in the dugout.
