I agree I don’t understand why Cashman felt the need to bring it up especially 4 months after the season ended. Seems weird.

generally speaking, moving a SS to 3B isn't a crazy move. SS is the harder position, like CF being the harder outfield position. but i do agree Gleyber probably would not have prospered there due to his arm

i don't know if we have any data on infield reaction times, but from my own experience playing, i loved and excelled at SS but hated playing 3B because of the angle and speed at which the ball would come to me. "the hot corner" is real and i did not like it lol

I will admit that I’ve made fun of some people dooming about the Dodgers and still stand by most of that BUT a PECOTA projection of 104 wins is sobering. Not super common to see any 100+ projection much less 104

 

Some have answered but it’s in a totally fine area. Live Casino/Hotel is right there but that can get PRICEY. Kind of the only hotel that’s RIGHT there. I would check the Navy Yard too as that’s def walkable. Holiday Inn Express - Penns Landing is pretty close and in a good area if you have any interest in driving to the game - maybe a 10 min drive. Center City and the subway is also very doable

 

it was a super hot topic for dodgers fans because dodgers let him go and everyone was big mad cause they said he could be key in our playoff run despite being trash lol
