yeah CBP rules, really nice park, great atmosphere, etc. It's in South Philly with the other stadiums like Sean said so not really a "neighborhood" you'd have to worry about, I've never felt unsafe at the complex there. I unfortunately don't have any hotel info near the stadium, but Philly is an extremely drivable city IMO if you didn't want to take public transport, so a hotel in like center city or old city or northern liberties would be fine, you could wake up, and be at the stadiums in less than a half hour. Parking can be a mess a lot of times but there are lots further away and easier to get into if you are okay with walking a little further to get to the stadium
