Considering taking my kids to a Phillie game this year. Never been to Citizen Bank Park. Anyone that’s been there is it in a good neighborhood? Any recommendations on hotels to stay at within walking distance from the park?

as a mets fan, it brings me absolutely no joy to say how sweet of a ballpark CB is. there are a few hotels directly nearby but theyre probably a little more on the expensive side. you could stay nearby at the airport for cheaper most likely or up in center city. its not in a bad neighborhood, its pretty much out on its own with the other 2 stadiums/arenas and the casino. you would need to walk through south philly to get there which can be dodgy in some areas but the subway will take you directly to the stadiums.
