Dune: Part Two for best picture. Glad to see A Complete Unknown nominated for stuff as well. Gets me even more hyped for the film.

The Penguin getting a few nominations is nice to see as well

    It's chaos. Be kind. Prestigious

Very psyched about The Substance getting 5 nominations!

Sing Sing not getting nominated and September 5 getting it instead is egregious.

Cool to see Stan and Strong get nominated. The Apprentice does feel like a "will get recognized by the foreign press, but will get ignored by the Academy" type of film.

Was looking at the Gold Derby odds for this. Here are some interesting things that stand out

Adam Brody is currently favored to beat out JAW in best actor in a comedy series
Wicked is currently favored to win best comedy/musical film over Anora
Glen Powell is currently tied neck and neck to win best actor in a comedy/musical film with Jesse Eisenberg
