The reason I am looking to move is because my current company does one thing and that’s distribute cell phone accessories (cases glass cables etc). And the yearly success of the company is dependent on the iPhone launch, which depends on whether Apple does enough to the phone on a year to year basis to get people to buy it then to buy the accessories. And some years the iPhone isn’t super successful.

although I’d be in retail automotive, the company is huge and has other lines of businesses so if one had a down year, the others can make up for it. Part of my bonus is my stores performance and the other part is the performance of the entire company.

But I’ll see what they come back with on the base salary. I’d take a little cut because the bonus will be worthwhile (and I get 50% of it every month). But the cut as it stands is pretty big.

Like Ohio State is undeniably good. They called a good game. And Sark called a very bad game. But Arch's mechanics were among the worst I've ever seen and if they aren't better this week it's going to be a ROUGH year
