Was actually one of the first things we asked our mortgage lady about, because I remember reading @xbrokendownx doing that. Our mortgage lady seemed like she wasn’t open to it to start, but we might need to push her or call elsewhere to try.

I just don’t want to end up in our last case scenario of selling our condo and moving in with her parents. It’s fine if we have to, but with 2 cats I just don’t wanna have to move multiple times lol

We got a HELOC which technically isn't a bridge loan I don't think. The problem is you have to be kind of sure you'll be buying soon because or else youre paying two mortgages. We thankfully only had to make one payment on it before we bought/sold our house and paid it off.
