It's a new unit we just bought for our small upstairs room and it is so shitty that it doesn't even cool the room down much when it's set to 60. If I'd realized it sooner, I would have returned it, but we don't use it often and now it's too late

 

I'll have it set to 60 with the door closed and it takes an hour to get to a reasonable temp even though the room is like 5 paces across
