It’s fascinating playing Elf while in person with him and seeing his competitiveness manifest lol. He will literally say nothing and not make a single sound (unless we’re having a more playful game) but he will kick the coffee table / punch the couch he’s sitting on lol

Me on the other hand… I try to be a good sport but I stopped playing madden for a reason lol. I can easily and gladly admit when my opponent made a great play to stop me, i don’t get mad at losing per se… it’s just the game’s bogus ass AI pisses me off with its glitchy outcomes sometimes lol.

Me and Matt do give a lot of credit to each other for great playcalls, and I like that aspect of it, it’s never me trying to be smarter than he is or anything like that, it’s a lot of respect for each others’ approach. It’s not like I’m just gonna get quieter and madder if he pick sixes me lol but I will be open about calling my shot and telling him I’mma get his ass back lol
