I basically got this reaction from a few dudes who were in an old friend group lmao. grown men literally pissing their pants over it

 

damn how was that almost 10 years ago

 

People freaked out so much about Last Jedi it resulted in an ACTUAL garbage movie being made as a follow up

 

but you know what? at least we got Knives Out out of it

 

Now this, this is a ~real~ film

 

I wasn’t the biggest fan of Last Jedi but like in a normal human being way and it was hard to say that without attracting the extremely not normal human beings who hated it

 

What I know about my Star Wars rankings is that I'll happily watch any of Episode 1-8 anytime. 9 hasn't been seen again since theatres.

 

I mean, it was pretty comfortably the best movie of the new trilogy, and I'd say easily the best of the prequel/sequel films. Probably also clears Solo for me too, though Rogue One is the goat.

 

TLJ was the best of both the prequels and sequels. Good case for it being the third best overall.

 

y'all will find out I'm pretty easy to entertain with movies, so me liking something shouldn't really ever be a surprise lmao

 

I got really drunk one night and watched it again a year or so back and let me tell you...it is somehow worse the 2nd time around. Just the sheer volume of bad decisions is astonishing

 

LOVED Rogue One

 

I finally feel seen in my feelings towards that movie, so thank you all. I've yet to encounter a group that's had somewhat similar opinions on TLJ.

Rogue One and Andor imo are the best disney sw products but TLJ is the best of the sequel trilogy even if i did love every stupid minute of TFA.

 

You know what sith lord sucks? Darth Revan. Surely no one here likes Darth Revan or uses his picture for any of their profiles.

I used to be a last Jedi and force awakens enjoyer but I recently rewatched them after andor was over and I find them not that great. Andor has ruined Star Wars for me lol.

 

Andor is on my list. Just something I have to watch by myself and I didn't have a lot of alone time there for a bit lol

 

It is the best Star Wars thing made imo.

 

I’ll say I loved both in theaters and didn’t really dislike TLJ till I rewatched at home

Either way, was still entertained

 

TLJ is very good and tbh I struggle a bit to even understand what those weirdos are mad about

 

I actually left the Rise of Skywalker thinking "that was fun." Then the more I sat on it and the movie theatre buzz wore off the more I was like WTF was that though?
