Gonna echo this and say I've been trying to be very consciously aware of how I criticize art the past few years and have also been using the "not for me" line instead of saying "this sucks"

the one opportunity I have been interviewing for is a lot more money (also a lot more work). The other is at my old company and it’s pretty much a lateral move with a slight pay increase but I was interested because I can do it on autopilot and there’s really no risk of me ever getting fired or anything lol.

my current job is fine it’s just I’m in an industry with a lot of external pressures, the company will get sold at some point, and they leaves some unknowns. But with an equity stake and the event of a sale, I’ll get a payout and either still have a job long term or at least for a transitional period of a few months to a year probably. Gives me time to look.
