pretty much all of their albums are good. some of the stuff is a little cringe 90s macho dude stuff but outside of that it's pretty good and they get more and more experimental as they go. october rust is a great album despite the super annoying single.

Do you feel as though it's time to move on because you're wanting to climb the "corporate ladder" and it's not going to happen there? Or is it about (lack of) money? Or you're just feeling bored?

The reason I ask is if the money is good and you're not really trying to "climb the ladder", there's nothing wrong with just going through the motions and being bored lol. I would take that 100/100 times if the answer to the other 2 questions is yes money's good and no not trying to climb the ladder. Companies can be sold at any moment, so I wouldn't exactly worry about that unless you know it's happening like, tomorrow.

 

There's this feeling in corporate America that you have to constantly be striving towards some goal or upskilling, but if you're comfortable and you're making enough money to cover your lifestyle, there's absolutely nothing wrong with going through the motions and being bored lol
