My entire team is at an off site this week in New Orleans so it'll be quiet. I have to "attend" some of the sessions virtually but I have a deadline this week, so I'm glad I won't have anyone bothering me.

my daughters are also teething, and it is in fact not fun! you never know if you're going to get a full 10-12 hours of sleep for them or wake up 5x/night
