not to letterboxd post in the nfl thread of a pop punk website but also saying oz perkins is good at writing or directing is pretty funny. his dialogue is some of the worst ever which seems to be a commonly held take but his directing is also abysmal. insert shot after insert shot every 15 minutes to remind you that, yes, you’re supposed to feel dread instead of actually just trusting your script enough to deliver that on its own like cregger and some others have.
